Before You Buy

Will it fit my change table?

The Dispoozal® is designed to fit a wide range of change tables and drawers.

To be compatible, your change table must have:

·  A solid rail or edge for the clamp to attach to.

·  A maximum thickness of 40 mm.

It may not be suitable for:

·  Change tables without rails.

·  Soft or padded sides.

·  Very thick or oversized panels.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order (when activated) allows you to reserve your Dispoozal before our next shipment arrives.

Your order will be dispatched as soon as the new stock reaches our warehouse.

Estimated delivery is within 10 weeks, although in most cases orders are shipped much sooner.

Are the bags biodegradable?

Yes. Dispoozal bags are made from 100% biodegradable and compostable materials. They are certified to AS4736 for industrial compostable and AS5810 for home compostable.

They provide a more environmentally conscious alternative to traditional plastic bags without compromising on everyday practicality.

Are bags included?

Yes. Every Dispoozal includes one roll of compostable bags to get you started.

We recommend adding two refill boxes to your initial order, so you'll have plenty of bags on hand when it's time to reload.

Can I use other bags with my Dispoozal?

For the best performance, we recommend using genuine Dispoozal refill bags.

They have been specifically designed to work with the Dispoozal dispenser and unique tear-off system, providing smooth, reliable dispensing during every nappy change.

Why is there a maximum purchase of 3 refill boxes?

To give as many families as possible the opportunity to purchase refill bags from our initial production run, refill box purchases are currently limited to three boxes per customer.

Once our next production run becomes available, this purchase limit will be removed.

How do I install the Dispoozal?

Every Dispoozal includes a simple instruction leaflet inside the box.

When should I set up the bag?

For the best experience, we recommend setting up a fresh bag immediately before starting each nappy change.

This ensures everything is ready the moment you need it, especially during busy or messy changes.

How do I clean the Dispoozal?

The bag holder can be hand washed using a mild detergent and then air dried.

The bag frame, clamp and dispenser can be wiped clean using disinfectant wipes.

Always ensure every component is completely dry before reuse.

Is the Dispoozal® safe to use around babies?

Yes. When used correctly, the Dispoozal is designed to be a safe and practical addition to your change table.

To ensure safe use:

·  Use only under adult supervision.

·  Always supervise your baby during nappy changes.

·  Check that the unit is securely attached before each use.

·  Keep all bags out of reach of babies and children at all times, as they may pose a choking or suffocation hazard.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns for change of mind or incompatibility with your change table.

Please review our Compatibility Guide before purchasing to ensure the Dispoozal is suitable for your setup.
